As a youth work and sport-based organisation, we understand the critical role that good governance plays in ensuring we deliver safe, impactful, and sustainable programmes for the young people and communities we serve.

The Board meets regularly to:

• Set and review the organisation’s strategic direction
• Monitor performance and impact
• Approve budgets and oversee financial management
• Ensure that safeguarding and risk management procedures are effective
• Maintain compliance with the Charity Commission (or other relevant regulators)

Additionally, our operational governance and compliance are overseen by a qualified and experienced Senior Leadership Team. This team ensures that day-to-day decisions are made collectively and strategically, aligning with our organisational values. Their expertise supports robust management, risk oversight, and the consistent delivery of high-quality, programmes whilst maintaining a focus on impact for children and young people.
